Au Temps Gourmand - Tisch resevieren

We happened here by chance one day while looking for a house to buy in this region. It was Sunday and almost everything was closed. This little town is right on the canal and tiny but this restaurant was one of our MOST favorite meals...we had the entire week in France. So I am a bit of a foodie and a food snob so when I tell you this meal rivaled the one we had in Paris, it is great! We each had the chicken in cream sauce with mushrooms and the mashed potatoes- probably the best potatoes ever! But the most memorable part of our lunch was the chocolate cake, OMG! I think for the three of us with courses with wine our bill was Euros total!

slightly hard to find and not good for parking however we arrived adults and children the youngest of whom is a coeliac aged we were suprised how small it was as the website suggested larger but the welcome was large and the...attentiveness was superb the hostess checked every item of food to make sure all ingredients were gluten free.The food itself was truly magnificent I didnt know some thing as humble as rice could taste that good every morsel of food was devoured even by the children!! I recommend anyone who loves high quality food and wine to have one of the best meals of their lives

the pleasant small restaurant in Sallèles-d’Aude with excellent local cuisine, pleasant atmosphere and very good service. we have visited au temps gourmand in the last few years. we still found it so good. the whole meal was excellent, but the highlight was an appetizer: Galette...du maïs, Truite Foumée with greens and a crème fraîche sauce, a very good local white wine to go with it.

it is a simple, small restaurant, nicely furnished with large service and eating. the menu has a good selection and (unusual) a list of different shells. the food itself is cooked to perfection and was really enjoyed by all of us. desserts were also amazing. it fills, so make sure to book in advance and give yourself a tasty bite when in salleles! we have a holiday home in narbonne and stumbled about when we were looking for houses! what a jewel. simple French food and the chef is always on the square. courses for under e. his desserts are only worth visiting. beautiful little one. space with great service from a young lady. we are at least four times here

I have wanted to try this restaurant for a while. Monday can be a difficult day in France so I was pleased to see it open when six of us arrived. No problems with varying the options for dietary requirements. Food excellent ,good wine ,good...value , good service . Forgot to ask about dog friendliness. Do try it.

During a week in October we visited Au temps gourmand several times. Honest and simple food that tasted superb. The service always pleasant and cheerful. A lovely little restaurant we will definitely visit whenever in the region.

Excellent little restaurant in Salleles d'Aude. The food local, honest and very, very good. The service is personal and very pleasant. A must in Sallelles d'Aude.

Tastiest Chicken in hunters sauce and beef dish which was ultra tender ....plus beers and digestif ...all under euros for two....perfect !!
