This was a second visit to a place that has impressed us with its wine and food!We had a lovely welcome on arrival from the staff especially Sylvester! We opted for a delux room which was plenty big enough to accommodate two plus a five year old. The spar with its various treatments, pool and jacuzzi a welcome distraction!The restaurant is undoubtedly the star of the hotel with excellent food and an amazing wine list! Eating on the terrace was a very memorable experience! The breakfasts were good, everything you could wish for! My only slight issue is the coffee could be better than the mediocre pods that were on offer! All in all a very pleasant stay!
Initially I was a bit disappointed, we arrived after an hour's drive, we were mesmerised by the amazing views of the countryside, and then we ended up eating in a courtyard: bye bye view. We took our 3 teenagers, and they were fine with the Michelin star menu, there was seafood and steak. 3 of us had the taster menu, excellent choice, not too drawn out and well balanced composition. A fine experience, but not cheap. Would love to come back during the day to take in the surroundings. Or would love to try out their rooms.
We stayed at the hotel for four nights and ate both one dinner and one lunch. The duck and lamb were both outstanding. The wine list and recommendations are impressive. The cheese trolley was a great treat as were the desserts. Plan to spend 80-$110 plus wine per person for dinner and about one-that price. Beautifully presented and great service. The chef's wife stops by each table to chat with guests. Garden/Patio setting unless the Mistral is a blowing--and then it's inside dining. Overall--worthy.
We were in Avignon for the festival and met our friends from New York for dinner. What a beautiful experience! The hotel and restaurant have all the charm of the South of France. The dinner was exquisite: a beautifully composed Symphony of savors! The chef and his wife greeted each table. They are warm, lovely people. The wine Stuart's recommendations were spot on. We ordered the full meal and had a magical evening. The price is quite reasonable for the quality of the meal.

c est en remontant du sud que nous avons fait une halte délicieuse dans ce très bel établissement .la gastronomie est à la hauteur du lieu , fine et délicate .un moment à l ombre des parasols avec le son de la fontaine.un tout petit point en moins ... la musique d ambiance ... juste la fontaine aurait suffit ! le Jazz "fusion" n étant pas du tout notre tasse de thé ! mais cela reste vraiment un détail ! car sur tout les autres points nous disons OUI !
We really like to visit one fine dine restaurant during our stay in Provance and this was the right choice. Nice place, great staff and deligtful food. My choice for the best dish is cheese plate or table, as you like. It is a little bit expensive but this is that kind of place and we expected such a price. Worth to visit.
Wonderful food experience at Auberge. Full menu and options for multi-course menus that seem to be the preferred way to eat in France unless you are at a cafe/brasserie. Delicious and beautiful food. Cheese board after dinner was huge with choices. Really great dining experience.
When we book the hotel, we hear high recommendation for their restaurant. We had menu with kabeliauw fish, but in my opinion, it really has no taste. We had eaten from one star to three stars restaurant in differnt places, but this one only look good in their presentation.

We ate here two nights for dinner and would highly recommend. The three course meal was quite expensive but worth it. The wines were excellent and very reasonably priced. We had the fish entree, the hazelnut dessert.
