our friends are accustomed, they made us discover this restaurant located in the delta de la sauer à munchhausen. We were friends, 6 people. warmly welcomed by the boss, we are taken to the covered terrace. we had reserved the table, it's better. the waitress has just taken the orders of the aperitives and brought us the map. on the first page of this very varied map, we read that everything is made home. the speciality of this restaurant are the blue cords. However, we decide to choose other dishes, because viewing the portion of the blue cord at the next table, it would have done a little too much at this late hour. But believe me, we will certainly come back this fall when it will be warm...
After hearing that good about this restaurant and in particular their blue cords, we went with family on Sunday noon. The service was correct but in the end we were surrounded by the fact that the tables of inhabitant and the personal conversations that the waitress (and owner?) had with all these people made us uncomfortable and we did not feel in our place. concerning the famous blue cords we were more than disappointed! we went there to eat two nights in a row because we slept in the guest rooms of mme zimmermann in mothern ( super too). the welcome is very warm, really homemade dishes and very well cooked!!! We ate on the two nights a torched pie, a Spanish-style veal cord, a gourmet coffee (the first night 46€ with the aperitif ) and the second evening a large salad composed, a pizza and a bottle of sparkling water (25€)!!! brief report quality super price and even if the decoration is very typical, we really enjoyed it! We advise him without any restraint!
We loved and returned the next day, very warm boss although strong pain after an operation and who recognized us! fresh products, my apricot served with fried vegetables was excellent, not to mention the crunchy bananas and, for my husband, pizza reblochon and then niçoise salad (copyy). My pizza was too salty to my taste, so we were made thanks to the aperitif. this inn is worth a visit : 48 € for 2 aperitif and 1/2 pinot black included

we were really surprised by the very good food today. our choice fell on this restaurant because most only open at 17:00 clock and we looked for 13 watches, excellent chicks, great steak (just right from the pan) and a cordon bleu that there is nowhere else. we will definitely go again, even because you can connect lunch with a great walk on the Rhine.
we went with family ( 11 people) and the meal was very good. I took the scampis with cream and garlic... the only bemol c is that there were really many garlic! a very good dessert but everything prepared (mystery) ... my spouse had a blue cord that was huge! and very good!
we ate 1 family there and had 1 nice welcome from the patrons with smiling faces! The children have eaten generous and well-stocked pizzas and pies! a blue cord to get up at night as it is good....Successful desserts and a very pleasant setting! one advice go!
friendly restaurant with a beautiful terrace, air-conditioned rooms. service is fast and pleasant. The dishes are generous, the blue cords a tuerie. short a good plan; elsewhere the premises know very well and are numerous.

Excellent nothing to say more. The Spanish cord is simply amazing, and especially we are not disappointed by the quantities. It's the family restaurant or you feel comfortable. the big appetites.
