Had a lovely lunch at this delightful little, family-run place. I got a special tarte flambé made with Munster cheese and side salad served with a tasty balsamic dressing. The owner suggested a nice, local pinot grigio wine to go with it. Ate outside on the very pleasant patio. Menu is in French only, but is pretty easy to translate, and owner speaks English. Mainly local clientele. Highly recommended.
My husband and I both enjoyed our dinner at this Bergheim, France, restaurant. It's small and cozy inside, and tastefully decorated. Our dinners were both delicious and presented well. We had meals that were typical of the local area, and were very pleased. Prices are reasonable, and the owner/server was just delightful. We enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely go back again.
Being greeted by the chef in the kitchen set the scene for a really enjoyable meal, plus a bottle of St Hippolyte Pinot Noir to accompany a lamb tagine. The dessert- a tarts tatin de Quetsch- the local plums, was the best tasted in Alsace.The service was friendly and set the right pace for a relaxing evening. Our favourite meal in Bergheim.
Filled when we got there, so we walked around town for an hour to get a table, completely worth it. Family runned, crowded yet small enough to feel the special vibre of the smells that come from the kitchen. We had some super nice pinot blanc from the Alsance region and the food was very nice. Very nice location with a terrace in he shade. We had a 2 person dinner here. The staff was hastened, impatient and somewhat unfriendly while the restaurant was not busy at all. I also received the wrong food. Food quality was at the best average. Would not recommend it and would not dine there again.
We had a nice dinner, drank a good wine and enjoyed eating outside in the shade. Two madames were looking after us. Perhaps both of them had a day-off. Short and unfriendly answers. Frowning because my son ordered fries instead of pasta. Guests should be treated as kings, not as nuisances.

We went off-season to discover Alsace and stayed in Bergheim. This particular restaurant was the most affordable. The food was absolutely gorgeous and the wine perfect. The staff was lovely and the bill just what we expected. Highly recommended. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
little restaurant, loved the decoration very alsacien! very cosy and the bathroom clean! food was good, meat a little bit overpassed but good for the price. people very nice
