we visited the roy's superb party as 8 (plus a baby) and were all impressed by the environment and beautifully varied French menu. there are three menus to choose from (17, 26 and 32 euro) and all of them offer an excellent value and a series of seductive arrangements. the makrele with ricotta and tomatenstarter was a special hit and each food was presented artistically and full of taste. the service was friendly and welcoming and the staff did their best to explain courts, despite our limited understanding of the French language. there was a clear and inexpensive beverage menu and we were treated with nibbles of olives, drowned and a very pleasant amuse blood of salmon. there was also a sma...

Although it changed owners a few years ago, having been run by the same couple for nearly 20 years, nothing much else has changed. There are two parts to the establishment : the front room with the bar, typically filled at lunchtime with workers requiring...a good, home cooked, 3 course low price fast meal, and the restaurant with an a la carte menu and, obviously, more expensive albeit very reasonably priced. You are made very welcome, and it can be really packed. Plain, good, traditional and no nonsense French cuisine. I have never had any parking issues, which is a plus when travelling with children in particular. Anyway, the proof is in the pudding : the place would not have been running...

beautiful setting, flattened under the vault of the chimney, aperitif and coffee in the garden. reception and excellent service . the dishes well presented and delicious. we still wanted to offer you our congratulations and thanks for the organization of our wedding that will remain memorable.Come in this establishment the eyes closed again thanks to the whole team

for this particular day, a single menu but really at the top. in foie gras (excellent) and marinated salmon (smoelleous and seasoned just what it takes), perfect cooking of the merlu chorizo sauce and what to say of the tile on dessert... a pure wonder. add to this the reception and an irreproachable service. brief an address to be retained. after eating the menu of the valentine st, we returned to test the standard menus.I am more than delighted, I am delighted; the reception is excellent, the impeccable service, and the delicious cuisine. we spent a great time, thanks to all the staff and the chef.
