We have just enjoyed a delicious meal here. We opted for the menu du jour for adults and a children's option for our daughter (a simpler version of the adults'; not a nugget in sight). Each course was faultless. An explosion of tastes that was truly stunning. With wine and cocktails the cost was just under 100 euros. Possibly the best meal I have ever eaten. Clever cuisine. But served without pretension. An absolute must if you visit st Antonin.
Nice birthday meal for three. It was €24 for three courses and well served by a nice lady who spoke English sufficiently better than our French. Nice cocktails to start with homemade peach syrup. Lobster bisque to start, fish for main was very nice and a very chocolatey assortment of puddings. Wine was a good selection too. Nice sitting on the veranda while watching the world go by.
We have been several times now, and each time the menu du jour or menu 'impro' has been fresh, creative, delicious, and full of light creative touches that bespeak a generosity of spirit in the kitchen. If that were not enough, each time la patronne has recommended an inexpensive carafe wine that was impressive and just right for the meal. Perfect lunch stop.
We chose this restaurant based on the recommendation of a friend. We were warmly greeted on our arrival. We started with the cocktail of the day which was delicious. Visited Auberge des sens twice whilst on our holiday. The food was superb the lady spoke fantastic English and there was no problem with us being vegetarian she changed a few dishes to suit us. The food was delicious and the desert was a real treat we will be visiting again next year.
We were recommended to try this restaurant by various locals and were not disappointed. The food was perhaps not sophisticated but very well prepared and great quality for the price. Clearly very popular and we were lucky to get a table that night.
Three perfect courses. Starter.Foie gras 3 ways...including an ice cream.Stunning. Lamb. Strawberries. Sounds simple. Anything but. Delicious and creative. Well priced. 2 persons with wine and coffee. 80 euros.

Visited for lunch for the 1st time in February. A really nice lunch was had by all. Beautifully presented food, warm friendly welcome and overall very enjoyable.
