We had visited this restaurant a few years ago before this new management. Our visit for dinner was truly memorable and the chef and staff didn't put a foot wrong. Stylish decor, good choice and faultless cooking. It was a Wednesday evening, but it was full and deservedly so. Every course, we ordered separate menus, was beautifully presented and delicately flavoured. Both of us ordered the soufflé for pudding, a difficult thing to get right - it was fabulous, the best I have tasted. Our wine was so good that we visited the vineyard to buy next day.
