A little pretentious, but food and service are quite good. Beautiful setting and very well presented food and everything of high quality. Problem is that relative to price and value, and expectations, this falls. Price and expectations are at the highest end for Nyon, and...this does not match. A number of other places are better, some much better. So, a good place, no question, but too expensive and not at par with expectations.
beautiful terrace next to the château de nyon and the lac léman. good Italian eating we had the spaghetti di gragnano (clams, candied tomaten, lemon, petersilie,) calf ravioli, spinat gnocchi and tiramisu. a bit expensive (32 to 36 chf for a main dish...from pasta, 16 chf for a dessert,) but for the black.
wonderful Italian culinary experience. in our group we ordered a lot of dishes.... from bark meat to pizza. all were amazing. especially loved the freshly baked Focaccia bread with fresh Italian herbal touch. charming and helpful waitress. filz, as if we were in italy....All in all, fantastic!
