We only live down the road in our holiday home and wish we had visited years ago. The menu gastronomique effectively has five courses and none are skimped. Even our orange wine aperitifs came with small pics of courgette flan. snails starter with...red wine sauce was amazing, my foie gras and fricassee de mer were stunning and the other half's rossini was superlative. The palate cleanser of eau de vie with lychees really hit the spot. Cheeses were local and generously served and even the honey with my faisselle had a strand of saffron in it while other half's ile flottante was faultless. we ate here about years ago and have loving memories of the great pizzas, local eating and great atmosphere. it was relaxed and pleasant and completely missing pretension. unfortunately it thinks now, it's a brush. food is not great and the food itself is very average. jeff is still charming, but its ambitious for the restaurant far away from the location, kitchen and decor they can really not calculate top rates for plastic furniture. very sad that we do not live our last meal here to our memories.
this is a street house with garden, large enough for larger groups. the greeting was lame and spoiled my experience. the food was ok, but the prefabricated meal/salad buffet was simply with cauliflower, pickles and some cold cuts. also moderately desserts. there are two swings in the garden and rooms for the children to walk around. nice lunch break for families with low expectations, not for culinary.

Une belle découverte que cet établissement. Nous avions réservé la chambre et le restaurant le soir. Rien à redire sur la cuisine et le service, le cadre est sympa et le petit déjeuner le matin dans le jardin est complet et bon. Accueil très professionnel et courtois. Une étape que je recommande dans le secteur. S'y prendre à l'avance si on veut y dormir, il n'y a que 4 chambres.
Apres avoir photographier la cascade, nous sommes allés déjeuner au restaurant du grand chêne à Sillans, nous y avons bien été bien reçus et avons bu un apéro à base de safran, déjeuner correct, un petit bémol, un peu trop d'attente avant chaque plat.
