A big thank you to Olivier the manager of this friendly establishment who has received us very well and has enjoyed us. Not easy to receive 35 people in good conditions being warned 48 hours before and he did. We no longer count the number of times we went to eat at Gypaète Barbu so we eat well never disappointed, because of the homemade fact with very good products, you will not be disappointed.
