We happened to accidently drop by for lunch on a car trip through the area. Expecting a nothing out of the ordinary mountain/countryside restaurant, it turned out to be a wonderful surprise and the best meal on our two-week vacation in the Alps. Instead...of a selection of regional specialities, the restaurant offered something more in the style of “unpretentious fine dining” based on local produce. The services was very friendly and enthusiastic, making the meal a relaxing and pleasant experience. The choices on the menu were rather limited. A cozy restaurant in the heart of Hauteluce. Friendly welcome and pleasant service. Good portions and tasty dishes. Savoyard specialties are particularly recommended, such as Tartiflette and Croziflette. There are also frequently themed evenings where corresponding dishes are served so it is worth checking the homepage or Facebook site. We will come back with pleasure as soon as we return to Hauteluce.
the frame is charming, the very welcoming staff. We went there after reading all the "excellent" opinions but we were disappointed. The dishes do not keep the promises announced in the composition of the dishes. we don't find all the flavors announced in the mouth. The products are fresh and yet very well prepared.

we visited the restaurant while we visited le tour. what an unexpected surprise! they offer three menus or courses. Wonderful eating, wein and service with great value.
