It's very mixed.... Champagne in aperitif, no amuse in accompaniment! Frozen eels: Very well. White butterfish: Very good. Angus beef: disappointing, no cooked requested respected... cooked meat too early and kept warm before being served. Dessert: religious simply unacceptable, big as a walnut!!! Dessert
