Très belle découverte à Barbechat. Accueil chaleureux, ambiance très stylée (entre guiguette et industrielle). Les plats sont très atypiques et délicieux (vraiment digne d'un 5 étoiles). L'association des saveurs variées et au top sans trop marquer le palet (un vrai délice). Très copieux pour des menus gastronomiques. Service rapide et délicat. Un choix de vins limités mais judicieux par rapport au plat. Bref je recommande les yeux fermés.
