"An amazing ‘Etape Gourmande’, where the chef managed to surprise all of us with delicate and super tasty plates thanks to smart association. My preferred dish was the Jambon persillé au marc de Bourgogne with sprinkles of Cassis that sublimates this typical regional dish. Lots...of work also in the visual. Service by 2 young persons impeccable and so nice. A great surprise during our 3 days journey in Burgundy."
