I want to know why, with seven employees working there, I was completely ignored to the point that I had to walk away. I even made eye contact with three of them! I'm glad I didn't end up buying anything and supporting this terrible service. They were all too busy chatting among themselves to pay any attention to me. If the manager sees this, it was on March 2 at the location next to Macy's. All of these employees should be held accountable for their unprofessional and rude behavior. I really don't understand why there are so many workers if they're just going to ignore customers. Overall, I rate this experience a 0/10. Very disappointing.
I had a craving for one of these for a while but didn't want to go to the mall again, did the double dash delivery and they came warm and bagged nicely with all the dipping cheeses I asked for. A delicious cheat snack, thanks doordash and my dasher for fulfilling my pretzel dreams
The bucket was generous in portion size, perfect for a group of 6-8. The Pretzel Nuggets arrived warm and delicious. While the prices were a bit high, the quality definitely makes it worth it for an occasional treat.
The traditional nuggets were delicious, but the confetti ones were disappointing. They were overcooked, with the confetti not sticking to the pretzels and making them dry and inedible.

I ordered a regular pretzel. It was hot, buttery, and fresh. Always friendly service. Better pretzels than Philly Pretzel Factory.
