I visited this Auntie Anne's a few years ago while working at Southcenter Mall. It was a fantastic option for brunch or an early breakfast, especially when it wasn't too busy. Their cinnamon sugar pretzel is incredible! Although the place can become quite crowded and the lines can get long, it's still a great choice for a quick snack on the go.
So I was here today, I added 3 cheese dips with my order and went to parking lot when I figured out that the asian lady with bangs didn't put any cheese dips in my bag. I have to come back again to ask for the cheese and that lady didn't even bother to give a single apology! She just handed me over the dips without any words at all! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This lady is very disrespectful. My 8 year old daughter asked if they had any pretzel without salt and she says did you read the menu it 's right in front of you . Let alone she had 3-4 hickies across her neck
Good food but service could be a bit better. The front desk person wasn't friendly or care about her customers. She must had a bad day.
Definitely coming back because of tyler his customer service was outstanding. He served us right away and the food was nice n hot 10/10
