I was not impressed with the customer service at the one near Macy?s. I requested for my order and was asked to wait 15 minutes, which I didn?t have a problem with. However, it took more than 15 minutes for the cashier to give me my order. The worker wasintentionally taking her time preparing other orders, including mine, and then proceeded to work on other orders although I wasthe only one waiting. I respectfully asked her if my order was ready, and she didn?t remember my order until I reminded her. Ionly gave 2 stars as the pretzels were fresh and warm, but otherwise highly disappointed. Auntie Anne?s, do better with hiringmore positive and dedicated workers!
Terrible service, I waited 30 minutes just for them to take my order wrong and ended up not getting all I ordered. Food was mediocre at best. And the NONE of the staff were wearing masks properly including the ones in the kitchen. They weredisrespectful and didn't apologize or be at all helpful while and after I waited. I would advise for you to not come here. Icertainly won't be coming back. Edit: it was also very unsanitary with gunk everywhere and no one cleaning it up the total 45minutes I waited in line and for my food. I saw someone drop q cup out of the stack and then kick it under a table. Ridiculous
I was disappointed with the customer service at Auntie Anne's. I placed my order and was told to wait 15 minutes, which I was fine with. However, it ended up taking longer than that for the cashier to deliver my order. The employee seemed distracted, taking her time with other tasks while I was the only customer waiting. When I politely asked if my order was ready, she didn’t remember it until I reminded her. I’m only giving 2 stars because the pretzels were fresh and warm, but overall, I was quite let down. Auntie Anne's typically has a better attitude and more attentive staff!
I waited 30 minutes at Auntie Anne's, only to receive the incorrect order and miss some items I had requested from the menu. The food was mediocre at best. None of the staff were properly wearing masks, even in the kitchen. They were rude and unapologetic both during and after the lengthy wait. The restaurant was also very dirty, with no one cleaning up; I even saw someone drop a cup and then kick it under a table. I strongly advise avoiding Auntie Anne's and have no plans to return.

Was so looking forward to getting my pretzel that I haven?t been able to since the pandemic however- when I got to the counter at the advertised opening time, I was told it would be another 7 minutes and it was already 20 minutes past opening. Youngperson was totally angry that I even asked when I could get service. Not at all friendly towards customers! What happened tosuch a formerly fun snack shop???
It?s so unfortunate to have to give this rating. The pretzels are really really good. But the service is really really bad. It is slow and impolite service that very frequently does not actually have the items ready that I have already paid for in anonline order for pick up. Sometimes, they don?t even have that item available at all. Disastrous disappointment.
Today I am not happy. I waited 10 mins for a pretzel and was given the one pictured at the bottom. I told the employee I didn't want burnt ends and all I got was a shoulder shrug. Look at that! ???
Ghetto!! They have horrible customer service, talk to you rudely, eye rolling, just all around bad. Their pretzels just sitting, looking old ! They get offended when you want them done fresh !

Friendly staff, and the pretzels were delicious and hot! Loved it here.
