Ah, Tommy. With your fabulous reviews I expected to fall in love. But no. Ordered pizza with black olives added and was told you only have green olives. Ordered one of the three salads and was told that one wasn't available so ordered the Greek salad. Tommy's Greek salad does not resemble a Greek salad except there were three black olives! Hmmmm. Pizza was acceptable but could be excellent with another minute in the oven. While the crust was not soggy bottomed it was rather flaccid.
Finally, after eyeing this restaurant for so long, I gave it a visit. Loved the atmosphere, hospitality and the flavour. We were attended by Skylar who was extremely professional and pleasant. Enjoyed the Scotty Smokevitch speciality pizza. It was DELICIOUS !!!!!! The pizza was soft, fresh, HOT, and very light.The only negative is the appetizer are too overpriced for the size. Yes, they are extremely flavourful but still, overpriced.
5 Meatballs appetizer 18$ was ok meatballs were good sauce was fine nothing special the sourdough bread was terrible. They should have another option. Pain killer drink 12$ nice pineapple glass was different. Pizzas I was told are 12’ and seem expensive give it a shot another time. Patio cushion piled in isle to washroom. Made I’d difficult to maneuver on crutches. Not wheelchair friendly at entrance or in middle of restaurant.
Sometimes the pizza is absolutely delicious but on our last visit the crusts were burnt. They were not busy yet we had a half hour wait for our pizza. The pizza was not cut properly leaving us to cut it with dull knives. We will go back at some time and hope to get the better cook making our pizza. The meatballs are very good but costly. I loved it all! But tbvh, it’s the pizza itself… the crust was superb! I love that the mean and cheese was so damn good together, however, the sauce! Man, the sauce needs to be a bit nicer.Will be back with my girlfriend soon cause we love trying out new flavours as pizza lovers!
Had the El Patron during Le Burger Week 2023 and it was so good. Our server was friendly and anticipated our needs. While waiting, the smell of the freshly made pizzas was enough to convince me to return. Which i shall.
