The fish and chips at this restaurant are top-notch! The batter is hot and crispy, with well-seasoned, flaky fish inside that is cooked to perfection. It made me feel like I was back in London for a moment. Don't forget to try their delicious pies as well! They also have a selection of English and Australian groceries that offer some great finds. The staff was incredibly kind and patient; even though we arrived close to closing time, they still provided excellent service. I had a great experience and will make sure to arrive earlier next time. I highly recommend this fantastic bakery!
I initially came for the pavlova, but ended up staying for the Lamington. The Lamington was a pleasant surprise! I was surprised by how hard the pavlova was; I was expecting a light and airy dessert. While it was still tasty, I would suggest getting a coffee to balance out the sweetness. The service at this restaurant is fantastic; the staff has warm smiles and creates a casual atmosphere. One woman, in particular, stood out with her kind and nurturing personality. I don't recall her name, but she made me feel like a cherished niece or nephew.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say, the meat pies and sweets were absolutely delicious! It had been quite some time since my last visit, but the vast variety of options to choose from made it well worth the wait. The buttery, flakey pie crusts filled with warm and savory fillings were a delight with every bite. The food had an authentic and homemade taste that made supporting this bakery a joy. If only I lived closer, I would definitely make it a regular lunch spot!
We had a fantastic lunch at a restaurant on the square in Marietta. It was a beautiful day, so we sat outside and enjoyed a delicious pasty from this shop. My burgundy beef pasty had a tender, light crust with sesame seeds and poppy seeds on top, adding a great flavor. My husband opted for the steak, cheese, and bacon pasty, which was also delicious. I can not say enough good things about this place! My husband and I and our 2 kids went in today for something to eat and were blown away. The food was amazing and well priced, the staff were friendly, warm and couldn't have made our first time here better. Thank you so much! We will 100000% be back, as should everyone! I'm still dreaming of the curry and lamb, and my husband now has an addiction to vanilla slices!
Great people and atmosphere. Fish and chips were disappointing. The fish was mostly breading. So they looked to be good sized but it wasn’t battered fish like I am accustomed. It was 50/50 batter and fish. Not very filling and cost didn’t hold its value once I realized 50/50. Cheesesteak was really good for a non-cheesesteak place. Breakfast sandwich was good!
My husband and I had never been here before. I'm not sure how she spells her name, but Rori was super friendly and explained options, made recommendations, and checked on us during our meal. We ate at one of their cute little tables outside. The steakand mushroom pie was delicious!

I bought some pastries, they were very old and not tasty, it is better not to order coffee here either. Breakfast eggs was good.
