Thanksgiving dinner- reservations but table not ready for 45 minutes so sat at bar and ate Food was cold and dressing burnt. Bill was $200.00 with tip for 2-not including drinks.

Bad service, bad food, and long waits. Manager gave us a gift card and comped the entrees. Thanksgiving dinner was spoiled. Last year was great, this year they were way off.

I had dinner at my man's birthday. incredibly focused and responsive service by philip in the bar area in the ground floor. the food was also exceptional.
