It's my favorite place to take myself on a selfie date night. This place speaks for itself! The staff is fabulous always welcoming. They really make the place. The food is delicious consistent. I'm absolutely addicted to the green beans. The chef is engaging professional. The atmosphere is relaxing inviting. It feels like home away from home. The amount of regulars that frequent Avenue is a sign of the tight knit, family vibes that you get from being there. I have never once found myself bored or without intriguing amazing conversations. Michael was our server and he is so great! I couldn?t decide between the steak frites or the half pound burger. He suggested the short ribs: delicious! In total we had the short ribs, Caesar salad with smoke salmon, and chocolate mousse with the house made vanilla ice cream. All of it was delicious. We can?t decide which is better: the attentive service, the food, or the calming atmosphere. So if you ever need dinner, be sure to step off the street and into Avenue.
We got takeout from here last night and even bringing it home was outstanding. I had the steak frites. Cooked to perfection, the sauce was addictive. Green beans (fresh) actually tasted good. Usually restaurants can?t perfect the seasoning and tenderness of fresh beans and they were on point. They kept the fries from getting soggy in a white paper bag and the ketchup and aioli served with them were also out of this world (shoutout Evie). 10/10 would recommend.
This restaurant is the best place I’ve ever been because of the amazing steak and elite peppercorn sauce. Also the service was great, the bartender was funny and made me a special cocktail, the waiters were kind and helpful (shout out to Michael, Meredith, Makesh, Vicky and Claudia for making our night amazing. As well as all this the chef even came out to check that we liked it. Kid-friendliness: Their waiters were nice to my kid

This restaurant did not leave a lasting impression on me. Felt like the food was too overpriced for the quality. The gazpacho was just alright to me. The pasta was better, but again, not worth the price. The food also took a while to come out. However, our servers were very wonderful. They were super helpful, super attentive, and their personalities made our experience better.
Chef Bryan is the real deal. He is deeply schooled in classical French technique and devoted to local sourcing and seasonal menus. Above all, Chef is humble and sincerely devoted to providing outstanding hospitality. Micheal behind the bar is a sort of sorcerer. His seasonal cocktails are inventive and expertly crafted.
Omgg our server was amazing. The bartender was fantastic. The footloose was delicious. We went for lunch on cino de mayo. The margaritas were devine. So fresh. Also the other cocktails were delicious. I mean everything from the soup to desert was just great great. We will be back.
Hidden gem. Great date night. Had the trout for main dish, shrimp appetizer, oysters, and bread pudding. All outstanding. Drinks were great and the staff especially the bar tender were fantastic. Will be back for sure.

Family gathering of 8. They were ready for us, very friendly and accommodating. With a glass of wine/drink it was $50 per person tip. Worth it!
Food was amazing and the service was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
