Expect, disappointed by their lack of customer service. I don't know if I picked up a bad day for the staff there, but I ordered pickup and nobody wanted to confirm our presence. Among other things, we ordered one side of rice and another side of beans. We had no idea that the fee of $5.00 for everyone approx. 8 ounces of rice and 8 ounces of beans. Hardly the price and the total bad attitudes of the waitress who helped me after they waited to approach me... they were less than polite.
First time after a recommendation from Beth at Pilates Club. Had the taquitos dorados with the crunch taco de carne desebrada. I would come back just for the salsa and chips. Taquitos were freshly made and the beef was juice full of flavor. The same for the hard taco freshly made and all the toppings fresh. My guacamole was a bit hard but I?ll blame that on the difficulty to have ripe avocados 24-7. Restrooms clean and overall great atmosphere while eating.
I have eaten at this place often and it can never impress. I don't know what kind of magie they put in their margaritas, but they are more and more tasty and eating and the experience is just better. do not miss this great food and great ambiente. Seriously the best Mexican food in the opposite they do not want to miss. if they say a quick hallo to monica avila the manager and owner, she is great!
This restaurant is cozy, clean, and has a charming atmosphere. The service is friendly and attentive. It is a Mexican restaurant and everything from the decor to the menu fits the theme perfectly. The prices may be a bit high, but the food is delicious and nicely presented. It is the only busy spot in the strip-mall, which speaks for itself. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Really good! Loved the ranchera salsa! Enchilada was average. Grilled chicken was excellent. The atmosphere was great! I loved that they were kinda high tech. Their portable payment machines and stuff was cool. Only downside is two cokes, a two item combination plate, and tiny guacamole was $41.00 after tax and tip. That's unreasonable.
The place is small, clean, nice atmosphere and service is friendly and attentive. It's a Mexican place and everything in the restaurant ties nicely into that theme. Prices are a little on the high side, but the dishes and presentation are above average. Only place in this strip mall that's actually busy, so that's telling.
The ambiance was fantastic and the food was delicious. The margaritas were also very enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. My only complaint would be their refried beans, as I personally found them to be lacking. However, everything else in the meal was wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
El Ranchito used to be excellent. The last 3 visits in 2 months are devastating. Do not know the reason, but both sites in Foothill Ranch and Lake Forest have been dismantled in food and services. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Big salsa chips and margaritas. Enjoy the chicken meat taco plate with rice beans, really delicious. Beautiful ambience, warm, friendly and professional staff. Very recommended.
