You could call it fate that I found myself at the 72nd Ave A&W location, but I’ll say I’m just plain lucky. I’d heard word that their breakfast “held it’s own” and was “surprisingly good” but I’d never experienced it myself. A cancelled appointment created an opportunity for my partner and I to stop in and treat ourselves to a slower morning. Immediately upon entering the franchise, I knew we belonged; a dozen patrons enjoying their own sacred breakfast reminded me that I am no great explorer, but rather a passenger on this ferry we call life. Okay so this place when they do serve you serve a good meal, but I got to tell you their service is so slow like very slow and the atmosphere is full of people waiting for food so it's very awkward Even if you're going through the drive-thru your face with a strong long line that seems to take forever. I don't know what they can do to improve other than build another one right beside it maybe or larger?Parking: It's right near a large mall it does have a small lot right beside the establishment but it is full in a competes with another restaurant. So it's okay you only got to walk a few minutes but there's lots of parking
The best customer service ever. Hands down the best A&W location. Staff are so friendly, helpful, caring. And I never have had an issue with my order at this location. The overnight staff are amazing and I can trust to end my evenings with a friendly interaction and prompt service before I head home. I appreciate you guys! Thanks so much for your great service always!
eating was even better than I remember. the teen burger was delicious, the wobbly rings best everywhere, good sweet potatoes and the apple turnover was boiled to perfection. we have never been in a fast food restaurant where the service was even half as good. what a pleasant personal and so attentive. thanks to everyone. You did our day!
This A&W rocks!!! They have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and the food is fresh and delicious. Chai tea is better than Starbucks, just tried it today. Super excited to see their new selection of drinks added to the menu. Seriously, highly recommend checking out this location. Whole other experience!
It just sucks that they charge premium rates for sub-premium food. Honestly, a life-long A&W fan but over the past few years this restaurant has done nothing but raise prices and drop quality standards. Luke-warm over-priced burger anyone? Like Tim Hortons, I guess I can't go here anymore.
Only at A&W they will give you ice cold mug to drink that iconic root beer. Mmmmmh. Only at A&W will they bring your food to your table without asking.Only at A&W will you get to eat their #1 Onion Rings. Make sure to substitute your fries for them gold crispy rings.
