I decided to go to Long John Silvers because I hadn't been in a while. Sadly the food wasn't so great. I ordered the chicken planks that were overly done and a bit dry. The corn option was under cooked. But the hush puppies were great, along with the service. Unfortunately, it may be a while before I go back.Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly and they offer a kids menu of small portions.Parking: There's plenty of places to park in the parking lot. I choose to use the drive through.
I was the only one in the Drive-Thru by the time I left there was three cars behind me all I ordered was two cheeseburger meals my cheese was not melted which was because my hamburger was cold my French fries were cold it took him forever to give me my food cuz the guy said he was in the back trying to find napkins forget the napkins I rather have hot food but I would never go there again press the prices were too high to get cold food
I had a awesome experience at main and hamiliton rd...The employee Teddy was so professional and his customer service was so amazing he needs a management position,he really made my day after a bad experience at churches chicken on main.My first time eating here and I will return Teddy made my day and he was so nice..THANKS TEDDY
When I went back, however, I was informed that the manager no longer worked there and that I wouldn't be getting my meals. The meal was disappointing. The cole slaw and shrimp I ordered were missing. The fish was tough and greasy, and the fries were also greasy. Additionally, the condiments I requested were not provided.
The restaurant doesn't provide cocktail sauce, and there’s no option to add it either. The French fries were soggy, but the clams were tasty. Surprisingly, the crab cake exceeded my expectations.
The fish was overcooked to an extreme, and the fries were hard and dry. The hushpuppies were rock solid. I've never had such a bad experience at Long John Silver's before.

The lobby was unclean, and the staff consisted of a woman and her children. However, the food was excellent.
