We usually enjoy A&W but we have been disappointed in this location. My husband's burger was a mess and his fries were cold when they brought us our food to go. I ordered the original bacon cheese burger. It had tons of mustard, a meat patty, bacon and cheese but no lettuce, tomato and onion like on the picture. I couldn't eat it. It was so gross. We will drive to another location.
I ordered a plain burger with just sauces, but when I opened it, I found a fully loaded cheeseburger instead. The fries were cold and old, and the chicken sandwich was not just cold but extremely dry. This was honestly one of the worst meals I've had here. I ended up eating it in the parking lot, and for $30, it was definitely not what I was expecting.
The chicken was okay, but one piece was a bit dry, and considering it was dinner time, it should have been fresher. Having worked at KFC many years ago, I can tell when the chicken needs to be replaced with a fresher batch. However, the service was excellent!
Warm flat soda, Cold soggy Fries and 2 Bacon Burgers with burnt pieces of bacon and the meat so cold it wouldn't melt the cheese. The employees seem more interested in each other than their jobs. We won't be returning Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Got the famous root beer it was gross so was the other rootbeer float thing not the best honestly waisted my money not worth the buy
Very clean, chicken bowl and mash potatoes are excellent, friendly staff. When l go Sunnyside, this my first stop.
