Visited on Feb 6, 2022. 2/5The young staff at cash was doing fine.Inside the kitchen, the one, in black uniform, handling burgers had the mask below nose He was handling burgers!!I paid extra, $1.40, to have one of the 2 fries switched to onion rings.After coming home for lunch, while having lunch, everything was okay until half way to realize that we were supposed to have 1 onion rings but they were all fries except the bottom half of one of the fries were onion rings!!Check carefully before you get out of the store or drive thru.2 years ago 2020, it was 4/5Very busy on a Saturday at lunch time. Drive through was jammed. Ordering inside took close to 5 minutes to wait for the staff to serve...
wife went to buy some regular burgers (1st time in a long time) here ... bought 3 for dinner but only ate 1. next day was planning on having other 2 for lunch .. looked carefully on one ... mold spore breakout on the bread (and yes we did store the 2 burgers in the fridge the night before) .. was not happy camper since we just bought them the day before ... i guess the volume is slow here .. i take it we received older stock of hamburger buns .. too bad .. was so looking forward since all those a&w commercials running on tv frequently ... so much for that option as a regular go to ...
After receiving my order from the delivery driver, I noticed that my drink had been knocked over in the bag. Although the drink didn't completely spill, it leaked into the food and made a mess. Simply placing my food on my desk resulted in soda all over it. Additionally, there was no straw provided for the spilled drink and my fries were cold. I don't typically eat takeout or order food, so this meal was supposed to be a treat. However, after this experience, I regret using DoorDash to place my order.
Love this location! Great service. Fresh food. Close to home. My only complaint is that on several occasions during the late night hours there is a pylon that blocks the drive thru and the front door is locked. Can’t place an order either way! They have lost my business many times for this reason, even though it’s supposed to be open 24/7. Wish that pylon was never there so customers could place an order at all hours.

the attention was helpful and patient with us. we made a boo boo by going through after we paid thought we should wait on the parking lot. we carefully brought our food out. what a wonderful experience! thank you.
This drive through a&w is better than the food court one at markville. Burgers and fries are usually fresh.
They were very busy. Joyte was calm and did a great job under pressure.The two staff managed very well.
Tasty as usual. Great service, fast and polite. Highly recommend!
