This is a new A&W. I?ve been there a few times. At the back of the restaurants there?s a condiments area where you can get your cream and sugar, peanut butter and jelly, salt and pepper, napkins. It also has sinks for you and your kids to wash your hands. Very nice The breakfast here is so nice. Get a coupon online. For $5.99 (which is 50 cents more) you can get an extra coffee and a hash brown. Service is good. Staff are pleasant. And egg is cooked to how you ordered. The wait is a bit long though.
What a cool restaurant at this particular location in Ottawa. The whole building looks super cool and feels retro but modern at the same time. They have incredibly delicious hamburgers here at A&W. If you chose to dine at the restaurant, you can have you drink in a real frosted mug. And finally they have a delightful root beer that pairs quite well with the Sandwiches and fries served here. I would definitely dine at this restaurant location again.
Love their burgers. Their meat is hormone free and you can taste the difference. Always a good place for reference on what a burger should really taste like. Manager is a big black guy with dreads and was very friendly and approachable. Answered my questions politely while it was busy. Would be nice if they offered a beverage from time to time to their Uber delivery guys. Like that guy on the beast bike(hint hint).

We love this location! We drive all the way from Kanata to this location whenever we crave for beyond meat burgers. The service is really good and food is always fresh and consistent!Kudos to the staff and management!
I ordered 3 BEYOND MEAT combos not only they didn’t provide straws for my drink, it’s was way too salty all three onion rings we couldn’t even take a bite. It’s too bad.. but the staffs were nice ?
If you use Uberats this is the one you should order from. The onion rings are crispy and the burgers seem more freshly made. Avoid the Carlingwood location and the Merivale Road (by Costco) ones.
