I've never had a problem with this restaurant before but was bewildered recently while stopping to have breakfast. It was about 6:15 am and I tried to enter the store but the door was locked. I double checked the time and it opened at 5:00 am. The server behind the counter looked at me and waived me in and I showed her the door was locked and she looked confused. After a couple of attempts to show her the door was locked she clued in and unlocked it. I gave her a coupon for a breakfast with coffee and hash brown for $4.49 and she gave me that confused look again. After a minute or two she punched it in and it came to $.57 more than it should of. The Teen Burger combo was well presented and as delicious as ever! I decided to try the gravy for the first time and it was also really tasty! The service was quick and overall it was a great dining experience.
The bread was tough and tasted stale, and the fries were cold. The burger also had hard, stale bread. It was the worst meal I've ever had! Please do a better job next time.
What can you say about the teen burger or the uncle sirloin burger! Just yum, yum yum! Dont get my fast food burgers any where else as nothing else even compares!!
Love the burgers and fries. Will definitely be back. The fact they have no hormones or anything is also great and worth the bit of extra it costs over Mcdonald's.
The store in Elfrida apparently is under new management and they could do to learn the art of a smile. They looked like they were being held up at gun point.
everything accept for the apple turnover, there was barely any cinnamon sugar on it and usually theres plenty, which is what I look forward to
