Decent Chinese restaurant the food was delicious and pretty authentic in my opinion. <br/ <br/ We had the roast pork, sweet and sour beef (apparently it was beef, although we all thought it was pork... confusion much! , curry puffs, a courgette dish (which was actually really tasty and several others.<br/ <br/ I wouldn't mind coming back here for another round of Chinese food, although it is a bit concerning how we couldn't tell beef from pork.
Great Chinese. We have just spent 4 days in Hobart and really enjoyed the dining experience at AWU. We had 4 mains tofu, beans, sesame beef and the goat hot pot. All dishes, perhaps with the exception of the goat, were really good. Service was attentive and would recommend to anyone looking for a bit of chile.
wow! best Chinese I have ever tried! a friend of mine recommended this place yesterday and I was amazed by the food and quality of service here. the atmosphere here was fantastic. must taste the salt and pfeffer prawn and aubergine dishes! this is my new favorite place!

The food here is decent though maybe a bit over-priced for what it is. Service is pretty bad though. They always seem to have loads of staff on and yet you're always waving to get waiter's attention.
we were probably over ordered, but we were super excited to try all! eating is great, especially fish and sesame bark. the service was fast and fast, will definitely return with the family asap.
best Chinese experience ever! the personal was friendly, the owner even showed us how to use the chiffel. eating tasted incredible, and really good prices. will definitely go back.
