Wirklich sachkundig, leidenschaftliches Personal, die gerne Essen und Getränke mit Ihnen diskutieren, und sie machen wirklich kreative Dinge. Es ist ein echter Genuss. Tolles Ambiente, sehr entspannte und unruhige Atmussion. Einige der Mahlzeit-Highlights waren - Wagyu-Rindfleischstreifen mit Brot und Schmalz (sie flammen es vor Ihnen, und es ist so verdammt lecker), Krake-Taster, Artischocken-Schnupper, Tee geräucherte Ente und das gesalzene Karamell, Erdnuss und Kokosnuss Parfait. . Yummmmm.
This is a fantastic place to spend some time. The service is exceptional - friendly, quick and they will do whatever is required to fulfil your request, from food to drinks. The menu was the best I have ever seen and tasted. It was really cheap compared to prices you would pay on the mainland for the same type of meals. The wagyu beef meals were absolutely beautiful and the menu was so good that we made a return visit the next night. There was a fabulous band playing at the other end of the hotel which played fantastic music. Both nights made our trip to Hobart one to remember.
As well as the charming qualities of the building and the band playing, it is the service staff that excel this place beyond five circles. Attentive, informative charismatic are a few words to describe the staff.The owner of the establishment has put together top quality staff and the staff should be commended on their quality daily. Food was pretty good as well. The fried custard was particularly tasty and even though the other half hates ginger, he was a convert on this dish. Easily a return trip and five circles for them.
Essen: Ausgezeichnet - 1. Die Rippe ist riesig, so groß wie mein Arm und es ist lecker. Sogar die Kartoffel und die Pickle kommen damit gut. 2. War in Hobart für einen Urlaub mit Claire Bakker und wir sind auf dieses Juwel gestoßen. Das beste Pub-Essen, das wir in extrem langer Zeit hatten. Geschmacktete erstaunliche, Portionsgrößen waren riesiger, erstaunlicher Wert, freundliches Personal, schnelles Service und tolle Atmosphäre. Wir haben absolut keine Beschwerden. Das nächste Mal, wenn wir wieder in Hobart sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.
Tolles Pub - Brüllendes Feuer innen, um Sie warm zu halten, tolle Musik spielen (perfektes Volumen auch) und eine umfangreiche Selektion von Bierbier. Das Beste an diesem Ort ist das Essen! Wir hatten scharfes knuspriges Hähnchen und eine Seite von Chips - so knusprig und präsentiert wunderschön. Ich würde empfehlen, für ein Bier zu stoppen und ein Biss zu essen! Kummer
Wow, we came across this pub after a recommendation from Lark's Distillery. As you walk in you are feel the amazing atmosphere, the barman who served us was incredibly knowledgeable and due to this we got to find a new favorite drink, shiraz gin. The food was fantastic and I know I will be back again on my visit to Hobart. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
Well gotta say Jack was right. Had a terrific steak cooked perfectly and the beer. What a selection. Staff were great as well was able to sample a beautiful stout and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend. If 6 stars was available I would give them that!

Exceeded expectations. Service was friendly and very helpful. My partner is GF and their menu has loads of great GF options. Recommended for dinner or drinks or better still - BOTH!
