I haven't ordered sushi from here in about a year, and I was extremely disappointed! The fish didn’t tasted fresh at all—it might have been from yesterday or even the day before. The soy sauce seemed watered down, and the salads were bland, consisting of nothing but lettuce, with one thin slice of rubbery cucumber, a few limp strands of carrot, and a side of diluted ginger dressing. The only positive aspect was that it was cheap, but honestly, it was still overpriced for sushi that hardly met mediocre standards. Even the sushi from ShopRite and Stop & Shop looks better! I predict this place will close down by Christmas 2023, if not sooner. Let's hope we don’t get sick tonight!
My absolute favorite spot for lunch! I usually order the Chicken Teriyaki Lunchbox, which arrives in a beautifully presented box, hot and fresh. It includes perfectly cooked chicken teriyaki, mixed vegetables, white rice, a California roll, ginger, shrimp shumai, a miso soup, and a house salad. I order through Uber Eats and have never encountered any issues; they are very fast with deliveries!
Absolutely delicious. I devoured three rolls and shrimp shumai—honestly, I could have easily eaten three servings of the shumai alone. So good and incredibly fresh. It was my first visit, but I’m definitely coming back, probably many times.

The host wasn’t very welcoming, and the ordering process felt rushed. Overall, considering the menu options, I’d rate it 6/10.
Fantastic restaurant! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with friendly staff and delicious food. I dined in for dinner and found it to be very affordable, costing around $10–20 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the rolls!
Azuma Sushi is a hidden gem. The sushi chefs are incredibly skilled, and their sushi deluxe is my favorite—always exceptionally fresh. Definitely worth your visit!
