Picked up online order at drive-thru where there was an incorrect qty selected for the family pack. I was told no problem, they took my name, number and email address and said someone would contact me regarding the refund of $57. I waited a week and never heard back. Called and spoke to same employee (who was very kind) and he spoke to manager while I was on the other line. I was told again; I would receive the credit. Another week went by called back spoke to same employee again, who called the manager again and I was told I would receive the credit. I have been coming here a couple times a week for years. I will not be returning. They can never get your order right. I asked for extra BBQ sauce while ordering. None was added or provided. I was told I would need to run my card again for 55cents. I always leave a 5 dollar tip on my meals at BabyJacks. The blonde head women instead of taking care of the issue just rolled her eyes. It’s a sauce I get it but I asked for sauce with both orders. I go back to the lack of competence in them listening or getting orders right.
Stopped in shortly before they closed for a quick to go dinner. Refused to serve me, even though cars in drive thru were getting food. This is the second time they have not been very honest in their work performance. Last time they over charged me $20.00 and it took 3 phone calls, and 2 weeks to get my money back. Figured I would try them again just to give them a second chance, but they blew it! No more Baby Jacks... There are too many better BBQ places in Memphis to eat than to waste your money here.
We picked up an order for the 4th of July which was our dad's 81st birthday. We ordered the pulled pork and chicken nuggets. The pulled pork was the BEST I have EVER had and the sauces were mouth watering,delicious!!!! My personal favorite was the vinegar bbq sauce. The price was fare and we need one of these Baby Jack's I L ouisville,Ky. PLEASE!!! I will be getting married in a couple of years, and would Love to have Baby Jack's cater it...WE NEED Y'ALL IN LOUISVILL KY.!!!

Overall, the food here is good, and most of the staff members are great. However, the management leaves much to be desired. They communicate poorly with the employees and often place blame on them for issues that stem from company policy. As a result, employees are unfairly held responsible for customer service problems that aren't entirely their fault. Baby Jacks, it's time to treat your employees better.
The brisket was hurriedly prepared and not tender at all. There wasn't much of a difference between the small plate and the large plate dinner portions. The side dishes were only about 4-5 tablespoons each. The dinner roll that came with the plate was the size of a marshmallow. Overall, it wasn't worth the price. I can make better BBQ at home.
This was one of the best BBQ eateries in Bartlett. I raved about it to all my friends and family. For Shelby County, that's saying something. Went in the other evening and none of my favorites were on the menu anymore. When I walked in I was craving it. Nothing looked appealing so I left... sigh
Bartlett Baby Jack you get one star today.Asked for a paid for Bacon Cheese burger today. It had No bacon,No Cheese No Onion, an instead of lettuce they put cabbage on the burger. Guess I’ll go back to the one in Arlington.

Food was MEH, store was dirty and no one else in there when we went. A lot of employees leaning and not cleaning. The 'fast food ' BBQ was nothing I will cross the street for. Sorry not going back.
The food was OK but the tables were all dirty (and no customers were there other than us the whole time we were there).
