we went to their restaurant in playa del rey and eating was amazing, the service was abominable and we wrote an evaluation and they reacted by giving us a gift certificate that we used in the glendale restaurant and we will continue to come back because the service was great the eating was great all there. the restaurant playa delray is also located outside the parking space, which is approximately an angle of 30 degrees from the rear to the front. so every table is slanted downhill, it is really a strange set up and not quite comfortable in the opposite to glendale, which is amazing.
This restaurant is really my favorite spot. All the guests I bring in are amazed by the quality of the food. But tonight on a Saturday night , it was very very too loud. The music was too loud, so obviously the servers couldnât hear anything, we felt like everybody was yelling at each other to make sure they were heard. First time I wanted to finish my food and leave.
Everything was pleasant, but we had a real loud speaking person next to us. That made it hard to hear ourselves. Nothing the restaurant can do about it. But everything else was excellent.
