Complete failure!Order on-line for delivery at 5:45pm. At 7:15 I finally lose my patience and call. I wait on hold for 7 minutes and when someone finally answers, they inform me that someone entered my on-line order into their system as pickup NOT delivery. What this means is that Bacci has:1. No integration of THEIR on-line orders with their system 2. No quality control on entering order data into their system.3. No process to notify someone when their pickup order has been sitting there for more than an hour.4. No employees at the Elmhurst location paying attention to any of this, and...5. No customer service policy to make it right for a customer whose Friday evening with their family has...

The pizza was amazingly delicious. They also have great customer service!!! When we came in to pick up our order, they had informed us that they made an error on one of the toppings. It wasn’t a big deal to us but they had told us that a 3rd pizza was given to us for free because of the mistake. Our family will definitely be eating here more often!

The food and service was friendly. The pizza I had, which was the Detroit style, was terrific. The order time was a bit longer than they originally said, by about 5-10 minutes, but they were nice and explained why. Overall, for a place that has just opened, I think it is really good, and I plan to order again from here. Give this place a try.
I absolutely adore the pizza at this restaurant! The establishment is consistently clean, the front staff are always friendly, and a special shoutout to the kitchen team who work tirelessly to prepare delicious food with a professional and caring attitude. Their dedication and pride in their work is evident in every dish they create.
we wanted to pick up an order for grubhub and they stole the order and baccis delivered the order to the customer. stop them, the commands for the drivers to steal, the manager there is very unprofessional and very rude and ignorant for customers who command the grubhub to their drivers who work at baccis
Mediocre pizza at best that is wayyyy over priced. The prices on their website are wrong, but the kicker is the prices on their menu were wrong too and the cashier didn’t really care. Overall bad experience will never go back.

Finally! One of the biggest pizza chains in Chicago has opened in a very convenient location (Kingery Highway, St. Charles), making it easy to find. The pizza slices are very large and the prices are perfect for any budget.
