This is the one place in Oakbank worth visiting. The Ranch is always packed with locals and is famous for their thin crust pizzas with unusual combos like Buffalo wing,Rueben(with corned beef and sauerkraut, cheddar and thousand island) Perogy (with sour cream, potato, bacon, green onions, cheddar and the famous Ranch sauce) and, my Favorite, the veggie with mushroom, onion, green pepper and pineapple. Lots of comfort food on the menu and a beautiful selection of salads make this a great place for lunch or dinner. The staff are friendly and the wait is never long since they are used to being so busyIt's a small place in a mini mall but don't pass it but if you're in town. You won't be disapp...
Visited Back at the Ranch on recent trip to Winnipeg. Ordered two pizzas and a salad to go as we were eating in nearby Bird's Hill Park. The Club salad was fantastic. Great portion and great price! The two pizzas we ordered, a pierogi pizza and a cheese pizza were terrible. Totally burned on top and bottom. Cheese pizza was like burned cardboard. Was a total disappointment. Would not order pizza here again.
The pizza is unlike any pizza I have ever had before. The club pizza is delicious and definitely worth trying. My kids always stick to the pepperoni pizza and it is also very good. I would compare the crust to more of a pastry than a bready dough. Definitely worth a try. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.
This pizza is the absolute best! The crust is thin, the sauce is slightly spicy and the taste rivals anything we've ever had in the Little Italy section of Winnipeg. Just happened to be passing through and noticed this place on the main road through town. Good parking right outside the door. Very friendly staff. We ordered the breakfast special. Coffee was topped up all the time. A very casual place supported by the locals.
Have eaten here many times over the years since they moved here. My favourite pizza! When I come home, one of the few things I look forward to when I come on my holidays! Well worth it every time.
I have eaten here many times over the years. My favourite pizza is the Ukrainian, filled with all my favourite toppings. The prices are reasonably and the service is quick and friendly.
