This place used to be fantastic, but it has seriously declined. The food is now subpar with dry buns and tasteless, rubbery dishes. Even fast food from a gas station tastes better. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Since the management change, the quality has plummeted. It feels like a budget version of what it used to be. It's truly disappointing and highlights how poor management leads to a poor product, resulting in bad reviews, decreased revenue, and potential store closures. They should consider taking down the sign; it's that bad.
I waited at least 10-15 minutes to place my order, and the soda machine had no ice. All the drinks were flat and warm, and the fries were cold. The only good thing was the burger, but that was about it.
I had lunch after church on Sunday and was really impressed. The staff were very friendly, and the manager was actively working alongside them. The hamburger was excellent! Overall, a great experience.
I gave this place one star solely because the associate at the drive-thru was friendly. However, this was easily the worst burger I've ever had.

The only time I visit Backyard Burger is when I'm back home. There used to be one near me in Georgia, but it closed a long time ago.
