Recently went here for the first time and will definitely be going back. Tried the pulled pork sandwich, fries, and wings. The pulled pork is very tender and at least on the sandwich comes with a BBQ sauce. Fries are nice and crispy. The chicken wings, you get whole wings, and they are among the best wings I've ever had. They are lightly breaded, perfectly cooked so the meat basically falls off the bone, and super juicy. I got the hot sauce on the wings and they have a nice spice. Can't say enough about how delicious the wings are.

Friend of mine asked to ride her to nearby farmers market. we went, parked, we were walking in the farmers market and i saw this backyard BBQ, wasn?t sure about the price, checked the menu ?? and confirmed the $6-$7-$8 price for BBQ sandwiches ?. I thought could be something simple ???? I was wrong ?, this was best BBQ sandwich ever I had. WOOOOW ? Still Can?t believe I got BBQ sandwich for $6.
Worst 15.00 I've ever spent. Ribs tasted as if they've been heated and re-heated and possibly re-heated again. I had to be the first customer and the fact that the ribs were very tough and dry led me to believe there was nothing fresh about them. The mac cheese was very bland with a gritty texture, and finally the collards were undercooked. Collards shouldn't crunch when you bite them...best thing was the store bought box corn bread
Mac Melissa did an amazing job preparing our take-out dinner for a surprise party in the Adirondacks. The ribs were outstanding, and both the pulled pork and pulled chicken were flavorful and delicious. Everything arrived at the venue without any issues and was piping hot. I absolutely love the new Scotia location! It's very convenient, and there's always parking available right out front or in the back. This time, I tried the beef brisket sandwich with fries, and it was delicious. Last time, I had the black bean burger, which was also fantastic! It's a wonderful family-run business, so let's support our local small businesses!
The BBQ ribs were incredible—so tender that they fell right off the bone. The collard greens were also absolutely delicious, served piping hot with perfectly balanced spices that complemented the BBQ perfectly. This is definitely another reason to return to the mall in Rotterdam. Oops, I meant Via Port Mall!
Gave 2 only because I can't find them open and have left messages indicating I would love to order. No response yet. I hear they're great and am eager to try. I prefer supporting local small businesses.

Homemade food served very hot. Ribs were great, I would've rated 5starts but it just needed a little more rib sauce. I'll definitely be back to order again.
