This review is for main office or owner!!!I am a Dasher, I had a bad experience with unprofessional staff at this store.I came on time to pick up the order, the staff answered only “we are working on it” and I had asked again how long I have to wait, they reaped ‘we are working on it” I have asked again how long I have to wait, they answered quite salty we don’t say the time I came back after 10 minutes and order was ready but, they gave me 3 bags and 1 bag was not my what I returned, and they said to me that I have to take the juice from the fridge and take the soda from soda’s machine (it is ok) but after long wait they could do that, and there were 2 bags and 2 drinks and they don’t care...
This place is the f bomb. I got the lox bagel and my girl got a bagel with avocado and cream cheese. We initially ordered off of Uber Eats from here and we had the 'Old Man ' bagel. The food here is amazing, definitely should have a 5 stars. All the employees here are so nice and friendly and happy and it sets the overall mood of this place, welcoming anyone for a quick bite. This is the perfect spot for the summer time. Thank you!!
The food is delicious, and there’s a wide variety of bagels that are all very tasty. However, I've had a few issues where some of my orders were missing the add-ons I had paid for, such as bacon or cream cheese. Unfortunately, this has occurred at least three times. I kept returning, hoping it was just a one-time mistake, but it has happened more than twice. I really enjoy their food; I just wish there was more consistency.
My favorite breakfast (when I actually allow myself to eat carbs lol). Its always prepared with care. Perfectly stacked. Perfect amount of lemon pepper seasoning. The Wedge bagel is fresh, savory and hearty, but never heavy. I can have half in the morning, the other half in the evening and feel like I ate so well on that (cheat) day. Checks all the boxes for me. So yummy!

The best bagels and cream cheese! Everything about Bagel shack is perfect. Their bagels are made fresh daily. My favorite is the everything bagel and jalapeno cheddar bagel. The jalapeno cream cheese has a kick of spice and it's super creamy. Prices are reasonable. You can order half a dozen or a dozen for a bigger group. They also sell tubs of cream cheese too!
The bagels were decent, but the cream cheese portion was quite small. I enjoy toasting my bagels, so I requested cream cheese on the side, but my request went unacknowledged. I'd prefer to make the drive to Bagels Brew for a better bagel with cream cheese.
The staff was incredibly friendly, making it a fantastic quick stop on the journey from San Diego to LA. The selection of bagels was excellent, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I really enjoyed the vibe of the place!
Really enjoyed my bagel sandwich with coffee small place with limited seating with great prices. The employees were very helpful and kind.

San Clemente location is great but this one not so much. They will NEVER answer their phone.
