This is the most unwelcoming place to purchase anything. I strongly advise against visiting this bagel shop. I personally saw the owner unnecessarily yelling at a customer. Who does that???? There is another one nearby called Bagels and Deli at Great Neck Station, across from the train station. The food is delicious, the owners are extremely friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. If you work on Bond Street, I recommend taking a few extra steps to Station Plaza for your breakfast or lunch. It's definitely worth the walk. Avoid Bagel Station at all costs!
If you can give a place negative starts, I would definitely do so. This place doesn’t know how to manage a business, seems like it’s a free for all no one managing the store everyone does as they please.Ordered a everything bagel with egg salad they apparently didn’t have the bagel, instead of calling me they sent a flat bagel with no spread. I ordered pancakes and asked for syrup what they do send pancakes with nothing… then when I call to ask about this they had the audacity to yell at me hang up? WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, even to my enemies.
My family and I got some decent sandwiches on a weekday. They have a ton of options (see photos of menu). My pastrami sandwich was ok, but they did not use the correct bread (requested rye but got a standard roll). I'm not sure where their bagels are from maybe Best Bagels? but they looked pretty authentic. I'm always looking for a good bagel hook up!
Messed up my order gave me plain instead of whole wheat. 75% of my bagel was missing cream cheese and the part that had was nothing more than a schmear. Didn’t tell me that there was an extra fee for credit card sales when he couldn’t accept my $100 bill. Owner has a nasty attitude. Coffee is bad too. Will not be returning.

Long time customer...disappointed with the quality of food. Tuna was not fresh and was spoiled...I had to feed my kids before realizing it was not about two bites in. For what I pay I expect the food of top quality especially with the competition in Great Neck. Muffin was old too...overall not great at all.
I don't understand why other reviews are so negative. The bagel was delicious, the coffee was great, and the service was quick, friendly, and polite. It may be a little pricey, but that's no different than any other bagel store these days. I give it a perfect 5 out of 5.
This place has the best bagels in town. The coffee is also excellent. The staff is always friendly. I can't understand why there are any negative reviews. I have been coming here regularly for over 3 years and plan to keep coming back.
