I ordered on line and my food supposed to be ready at 10:30, so i went to to store earlier (10:28), but the employees were really rude and they said they were still working on it. So i waited 40 minutes more(11:10 it was ready). So actually they didn't started my order until i complain. One star is too much for this place. I understand they can be busy, but i don't accept they being rude when they're messing up, they should at least be polite.
This bagel bakery offers the best bagels in town! They have a variety of 10 different bagel options and several choices of cream cheese. While the coffee is only average, they also offer bottled beverages. Under previous management, the prices were better and the portions of cream cheese were generous. However, my rating is based solely on the quality of the bagel, resulting in a 3-star review.
Trash, the customer service is terrible. I've seen employees eat and serve customers at the same time. I've seen at nasty the employees are, order sandwich and the guy didn't wash his hand. Told him to and he got annoyed at me. Their food is trash. Anyone reading this comment if you want great bagels just go to Caldwell Bagels More. Their bagels are amazing and customer service is outstanding.
Best bagels around ! A real bagel bakery. Bottled beverages available, coffee is only so-so, about 10 different bagel choices available, several choices of cream cheese, Under previous manager/owner? and staff, prices were better and serving of cream cheese was generous, not so now. I don't typically leave reviews, but I just had to share my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a bagel with white cheese and it was absolutely amazing! The staff, three lovely ladies from different cultures, made me very proud of this establishment.
I usually don't write reviews but i just ordered 2 egg white cheese on an everything bagel went to heaven ! LOL AMAZINGG!! and there's 3 very beautiful ladies working there all different cultures very proud of this establishment!!! keep going !

"They really did knock it out of the park; service, atmosphere, and food all was surprisingly very good. You wouldn’t expect the quality you’re going to get here. You should go whether you’re staying at the hotel or not. Very very pleased."
