I traveled from Ohio to NYC with my daughter, who was eager for some empanadas. She found this restaurant on her entertainment app, which had a discount offer. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the woman at the counter refused to accept the discount, insisting she had never seen it before, even though the address was clearly listed on the coupon. Since the food was already prepared, we decided to go ahead and pay for it. The empanadas were decent but not outstanding. I suggest checking for any available coupons before ordering. However, we won't be coming back, as we prioritize loyalty in our dining experiences.

The worker assisting the first customer completely ignored me for about 20 minutes without even taking my order. When I finally spoke up, I was met with puzzled looks from both staff members and the customer, as if I was in the wrong for wanting to place an order. If you're short on time and craving their delicious and creative empanadas, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

As a family, we ordered four different types of empanadas: BBQ Mac and Cheese, Buffalo Chicken, and two Southwestern (chorizo). My personal favorite was the Buffalo Chicken, as it had the most flavor. The Southwestern chorizo was also very tasty. I did wish that the BBQ Mac and Cheese had a bit more flavor and spice to it. The only other downside was that we couldn't tell which empanada was which until we took a bite, so we had to try them all and trade. Aside from that, I would definitely eat here again.

Cynthia's Empanada Lady food truck was the star feature at my kids' graduation party. Yes, the empanadas are delicious! But on top of that, she takes great pride in her business and she treated me like family. We had 75 teenagers over and everyone raved about the food! Cynthia is a beautiful person and I will definitely be visiting and hiring her food truck again.
You really should try this place out! It offers authentic Cuban cuisine along with a fantastic selection of empanadas, ranging from classic chicken and beef to more unique options like pulled pork and sirloin cheesesteak. They also serve dessert empanadas and traditional Cuban sweets. You won't be disappointed, and you'll definitely leave feeling satisfied!
The food was incredibly tasty, and the service was exceptional. The owner and staff are extremely friendly, making everyone feel welcomed with their warm greetings. We're so proud to have Empanada Lady Cafe in Verona. It's truly fantastic! I would rate them a perfect 10 plus!
These are the best empanadas I've ever had, far surpassing the food truck specializing in empanadas. The only downside was that their posted hours indicate they're open until 8 PM, but when I stopped by at 7 PM to get dinner, they were closed.

I absolutely love this place, and the Empanadas are so good. Different varieties offered my fav is the chicken/potato cheesesteak empanada. This is a hidden gem for sure in Verona, Nj.
Shame...I had such high expectations from their menu options. See receipt. Let the photos speak for themselves. The drinks were great! Spent over $40 and I'm Not returning.
