I wish I could give this amazing place 10 stars! This review is long overdue. It's a beautifully run establishment that is always clean, professional, efficient, and staffed by cheerful employees who do everything perfectly. The bagels are consistently delicious and generous in size! My only complaint is that the most popular varieties often sell out because they’re just that good! Diana does an outstanding job managing orders and ensuring the food quality is top-notch every time. A big shoutout to the rest of the team: Laura, Erica, Tory, Caroline, and Annabeth! First visit here. Had the reuben...wow was it packed with meat! Enjoyed it on a Black Russian bagel (aka pumpernickel). The dark roast coffee from Pale Horse...a Sumatran...was one of the smoothest dark roasts I've had. Coupled with the PB brownie...what more needs to be said? The young ladies working the counter where a joy...cheerful and full of info. Marking this for return visits when I am in Easton.
This is a surprisingly good point. Do not let the environment fool you into thinking, it is simply ok- good here and coffee is well executed and the service is fantastic. It is worth coming from your way here vs a bland blah spot closer. Last but not least, pricing is fair.
Incredibly cheerful staff! I felt very welcome here and it made the experience unforgettable. Sandwich and pastries are also very good. They're not New York or Jersey Bagels safe, but they're fucking good, not the less! Very recommended!!

Bagery offers exactly what you'd anticipate from a bagel shop that isn’t fully vegan. They have a range of rotating vegan options, include vegan baked treats, and sometimes even give away fresh garden vegetables to take home.
Stopped by for lunch. Staff was upbeat and had a great attitude. My wife was very happy with her tuna bagel and my turkey and apple melt was tasty! The soup was good as well, tomato basil. Thank you Bagery! We will be back!

I mainly follow a plant-based diet, and Bagery still deserves five stars. Their menu includes a build-your-own bagel option, complete with vegan cream cheese choices.
