I placed an order 37 minutes prior. I get there and they tell me to wait 10 more minutes after that time he still tells me to wait another 10 minutes it took over an hour. The time wasn’t an issue I get it but seeing the person who handled money and touched 1000 surfaces, then literally go in front of me and shave off the chicken Shawarma, and that very piece fell on the counter and being picked up and put on the tray that I ordered was a big fat no for me, I didn’t want to be rude and cancel my order because I understand the value of money and Hardwork. It’s safe to say I will not be back here ever again they definitely have some health and safety issues going on there and customer service...
Our favorite Middle Eastern take out restaurant when we visit Troy. The mix platter is amazing, and total value for your money. We usually carry the platter back with us when we return to Canada. We've been doing this for quite a while now and the quality and quantity have remained consistent. Service is prompt and friendly. Do visit this restaurant if you have the cravings for some great Middle Eastern Food. You won't be disappointed.Parking: Always spots available.
The food is excellent if you're in the mood for Iraqi cuisine. You might be put off by the exterior at first, but don't let that deter you. Give it a chance, and you'll be pleasantly surprised!
The Iraqi cuisine taste was there, we ordered kebab lamb and chicken, we ordered okra stew and a plate of appetizers and they were all tasteful . You will not regret to eat there!

I just make order and the cashier she say 20min I just go to pick up my order she told me I didn’t receive it I actually I don’t like it is it bad service ??
Wow, the quality of Iraqi food here is amazing! Every dish was freshly prepared. The staff was fantastic as well. I will definitely be coming back!
The restaurant definitely needs some improvements, but I recommend ordering takeout. The food was delicious and the portions were substantial.
