Ordered a large cheese and pepperoni. The pizza was undercooked and doughy the first time. When we called back to complain they got extremely aggressive and said we could.bring it back and they would give us a new one. Sadly, we tried again a couple months later and the pepperoni was disgusting. We took it back and they said it was normal for full fat pepperoni . There is no such thing. It is always kids running the place. The children are foster kids, not meant to be a work force. The parents need to quit with the shenanigans and gambling and focus on pizza again.
The wings were just okay, but the bread bowl was really disappointing. When ordering through DoorDash, there was no option to customize my order in any way. When I called to address the issue of the uncooked canned mushrooms and the excessive amount of black olives and banana peppers on one side, the woman on the phone told me to complain to DoorDash instead. The response I expected was, "I'm sorry, sir, I can send you a new one without the unwanted ingredients since there was no option to remove them." The communication and service were extremely poor.
We Ordered 30 Wings Half Hot Half Butter Garlic..The wings Looked like they been cooked the day before and just reheated before they delivered them.I called for New wings or my money back.Even told the worker I have the wings that where delivered.The worker told me that it was to late for a refund or new wings.That people have only 1 hour after delivery to make a complaint .. Never ordering from them again.Trashy workers and Nasty Food
If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would. This place used to be great at the Falconer Spot, but ever since they moved to 2nd Street, it's gone downhill. I would never go back. I used to love it, but it has become unpleasant since the kids started running it.

They have good delivery time, and the pizza usually tastes edible, but the last few times the pizza has tasted off, and the dough has been kind of uncooked. It’s one of my preferred pizzas in the area, but definitely could use some upgrades fixing to their food.
Don't order from here. I ordered a sub and it tasted like they used canned food and imitation meat. Way too expensive for something that's not good. Friendly service but you can't even go inside, looks like they are living in there.
Called to get delivery at 8:10p, owner answered stating they were closing early to clean the oven. Flyer states they are open until 10p, Facebook says they're open until 11p. I'm concerned they need over 2 hours to clean an oven?
My wings were great as always! Was saddened that celery blue cheese no longer comes with order. The young man waiting on me never spoke one word to me. But I will return again cause the wings are great!!

This place is disgusting and not worth the money you will spend. The cheese they use is gross and the wings are super brown from the dirty grease.
They have posted hours, but they are never open. What's the point of having hours?
