We have been couple times in this restaurant, food tastes always fresh; restaurant is pretty clean and the people working there are nice and helpful. Last time we ordered a burrito, chipotle honey salad and a kids menu for pick up; when we arrived home I noticed that my chipotle honey salad came with no chipotle honey sauce instead they gave me a different green sauce ???? and that is why I am giving 4 stars to this place.
We’ve visited this restaurant a few times, and the food always tastes fresh. The place is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. During our last visit, we ordered a burrito, a chipotle honey salad, and a children’s meal for pickup. However, when we got home, I realized that my chipotle honey salad was missing the chipotle honey sauce and was instead given a different green sauce.
The food was good today. But if you ask to substitute no guacamole and add sour cream is extra. Shouldn't guacamole cost more? I don't like to be nickel and dimed. Also: They don't offer salsa. And they don't have napkins. Rediculous that I spent all that money on food and could not wipe my mouth and hands. That is really bad for business.
We attended my granddaughter's birthday party from the Bay Area, and the service was absolutely outstanding! However, there was an issue with our order. My husband's shrimp taco was poorly wrapped, causing most of the filling to spill out when he tried to pick it up. I wonder if the wrapping skills of the male staff need some improvement? We attended our granddaughter's birthday party, who is from the Bay Area. The service was absolutely fantastic! However, there was a mix-up with our order. My husband's shrimp taco was poorly wrapped, and most of the filling fell out when he picked it up. Additionally, we were put off by the visible tattoos on the male cashier's arms.
Decent, but nothing special. If you want authentic Mexican food, go to one of those mom&pop restaurants operated by Mexicans. At least here in SoCal (but also in AZ, NM, southern TX etc. there are so many of them and they're not more expensive than the corporate chains.
The food is fresh and cooked in a healthy way. As a fast food restaurant the quality is even better than some of the restaurants. Love the choices they have. Great food and service

The Mexican food here is incredibly fresh and delicious. Ordering through the app makes it so easy and convenient!
