The restaurant had its salsa bar fully stocked and available for customers, which is great since many places still haven't opened theirs. However, when I called to ask about using several portions of pico de gallo at home with my meal, they didn't mention that I could access the salsa bar to choose as much as I needed. Instead, I ended up paying an extra $4.50 for a small container of pico de gallo, which would have been equivalent to about 4 or 5 of the small cups from the bar. The staff on the phone weren't very pleasant, though I do appreciate their help with my order. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location. They had their salsa bar stocked and available to customers (many locations do not yet have their salsa bars open) , but did not mention that to me on the phone when I asked if I could get several pico de gallo portions to be used at home with the meal Iwas purchasing. I could have used the bar to select as many as I needed. Instead they charged me $4.50 extra for a littlecontainer of pico de gallo that held maybe 4 or 5 of the little cups available at the bar... they were also not very pleasanton the phone even though I had thanked them profusely for their help with my order.... not going back to this location. Otherlocations are quite upbeat and customer friendly. Love baja fresh food!!!
We have always enjoyed the Salsa Bar and the food at Baja Fresh. This location is especially lovely, and the staff is playful and friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. However, there are a few drawbacks. One major issue is that the corporate level of Baja Fresh tends to use a lot of salt in their dishes. Additionally, the fajita veggies contain a high proportion of large pieces of yellow and red onion, which can be quite sharp if not cooked thoroughly (and there’s just too much of it overall). Lastly, they lack a decent vegan option. While they could certainly use their current ingredients to improve this, it would be nice to see them offer better vegetables for vegans.
It was my first time coming here in over ten years. The cashier seemed a little impatient that I was unfamiliar with the menu, but the food was great and the facility very clean! At first I thought it was a little spendy, but discovered their portion sizes are quite large! The ingredients are very fresh. I think I prefer here over the nearby chipotle freshness at chipotle has been very hit miss for me, and they?ve become less generous with their portion sizes. One of the things I missed about living I. California was eating at Baja Fresh. I thought I?d check it out for old time?s sake and have to say that next time I?ll pass. Maybe it was just this location but the quality of ingredients wasn?t what I remember and it seems more like your typical strip mall burrito stand. In another city I?d give it another try but this location is rather just avoid.
This is one of the better local Baja Fresh restaurants, haven't had on off meal there yet. Some of the other ones you can get skimpy burned tough steak, or fish that probably should have been thrown out a few days earlier, but at this location the fish has always been fresh, and the steak cooked just right with good portions and no gristle.
I was very surprised and eat here, they even have vegan options serving the impossible meat. Your tacos are delicious and they have a wide selection of salsas I enjoy including jalapenos and pico de gallo
The Chili Lime Shrimp salad was very good, love the avocado shrimp. The steak, fish, and shrimp are pretty amazing tasting here, love that grilled flavor! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food is fresh and delicious! The service is quick! They've done an excellent job with catering as well, and many people rely on them for that.
