Food was delicious. We shared a single order of beef gringa. Generous portions. Service was excellent. The decor is attractive. It's a simple and small restaurant with not a lot of seating. Stumbled upon this place after an appointment in the area and I couldn’t be more grateful! The staff member was so nice and explained to us items in the menu we weren’t sure about. We ended up getting different kinds of tacos that were all delicious. My personal fave was the birria soup- it was so hearty!
We recently gone twice to Balam for takeout and have been very happy with the food and service. So far we've had the tinga de pollo tacos, grilled chicken gringas, cochinita pibil gringas, and beef torta. Looking forward to trying more things from the menu.
