The service at this restaurant was lacking. The server initially told us the special was a shareable short rib, but then later changed it to a non-shareable pork chop. She also forgot our drink order and asked us to remind her. Considering the prices and the fact that this is located in the Four Seasons, I believe customers should receive top-notch service from experienced and confident staff. I feel like I could have had a similar experience at The Cactus Club for a fraction of the price. I will not be coming back.
We ordered 3-course lunch. We found an hair on one of the oyster and sent it back and agreed to take a second tray. There was a spoiled one on the second tray which smelled like old fish. Pretty disappointing. The servers were very nice but it didn't make up the bad food quality which was very unexpected from a Four Season. The steak was not very flavorful but it was nicely cooked rare to our like. The dessert was very good, up to the standard. The noisy level was higher than before. Quiet a few big tables that day.
The tasting menu really surprised us! From our research we knew it was a good spot to try but as someone who doesn't eat steak as a go to meal, I was impressed and loved every bite of it. The chef really is a culinary genius, one of the best tasting menus I've had and would recommend to anyone.
Went for 3 course lunch. I would get the duck confit and the profiterole again. We also had the oysters, radicchio salad, and Grapefruit Givré. I was there to celebrate my graduation and they sent lemon madeleines at the end. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Enjoyed our dinner at Cafe Boulud. We had Steak Tartare, Fois Gras, Black Cod Duck. It was all very good. The staff accommodated a table change that I requested. Tables were well spaced I felt safe.
Tasting menu was very worth the price. However our seats were not very comfortable and very far back which made the experience slightly less enjoyable. Food and service was great though.
we went for the eggs benedict- cus our other breakfast place âJoniâsâ stopped serving them we were very delighted to see it on CB menu
