We have used the Balti Express for good Indian take-away food for a long time and often, but during September 2019 we had a terrible meal. We ordered a delivery that took just short of two hours to arrive, and then the food was very bland, flavourless and under spiced. It was horrible. The food has always been good before, but this time it was shockingly bad. After many years of this being our take-away, I think it's time for a change. It was terrible. Very sad.
Order placed at 7.40pm. Advised that it would be about an hour. After 90 mins I phoned again to chase. It arrived 5 minutes later. Onion bhaji was at best luke warm, curry similar (both needed microwaving) . Naan bread absolutely stone cold. A shame as once heated through the dish was excellent. Did the driver get lost? What a shame as it did take the edge off the meal.
Been ordering from these guys pretty much fortnightly for a few years now and have only been slightly disappointed on one occasion (everyone has on off night surely and no-one 's perfect! . We no longer order Indian food from anywhere else. Have recommended to friends and family who also became converts and loyal customers. What more can I say? Check 'em out!!
Tried Balti Express after great reviews from friends. The curries were ok, but the Sag Paneer was Sag Cheddar. No Paneer anywhere, just alot of semi melted Cheddar Cheese with Spinach- very disappointing and not authentic at all. We hope this is a one off and not their usual way of serving it. Balti Express is consistently excellent! Before going to them about 3 years ago, I got generally disappointing curry’s elsewhere. I then tried Balti Express and will NOT be going anywhere else for a curry. Keep up the great quality, value and service, Balti Express!!

The Vegetarian Dishes Are Simply The Best, Don`t Hesitate to try them even if you are not a Vegetarian.
