Old tappan Starbucks closed. Why? Everyone’s quitting in every single Starbucks store and they are all short staffed. These people are busting their butts to deal with both northvale and old tappan customers. Please be nice to your baristas! The comment below me obviously doesn’t care about WHY they closed on short notice. Maybe i don’t know…. Maybe they didn’t have the staff? Maybe someone got Covid? Hmmm
It's Starbucks... you know what to expect. The staff was friendly, but they didn't ask for names... so much confusion at the pick-up counter. So easily solved: ask for the name and print it or write it on the label. Wifi is solid and beautiful and fast. Not too crowded, so you can be socially removed without a mask, although I guess that depends on the hour you go there.
Friendly staff and efficient with their service. The interior could use a bit more table seats as I feel the work of ho w Starbucks. Drive thru is very convenient if you need a fast Starbucks repair.
